INTEGRATED SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
The Integrated Social and Communications Content team is hiring for the role of Social Media Strategy Manager located in the Dallas, TX area. This role will report into the Director of Integrated Social and Communications.
The Integrated Social and Communications team aims to grow our iconic brands with exceptional creative, content and communications strategies. This newly formed team is charged with championing our brands and growing brand love in the social space with fans across the US.
This position is for a core member of our Social team responsible for leading content strategy for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook. In this role, you’ll live at the intersection of communications strategy and internet culture to deliver creative content through to execution and measurement. The person who will be successful in this position is motivated to make an impact, an exceptional storyteller, curious and passionate about culture and chronically online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position plays a vital role in how consumers discover and interact with our brands. In this role you will:
Lead social content strategy for key platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook
Manage an agile team of in-house content creators to deliver impactful social content that is on strategy and aligns to brand positioning
Manage and ensure execution of social content calendars for multiple brands
Identify and leverage trends in social media and culture to activate for key brands
Steward the execution of social brand playbooks ensuring adherence to brand tone of voice, personality and equity
Influence our approach to organic content creation so that we operate at the speed of culture
Measure and optimize our creative assets and executions
Analyze and report on content performance against social media KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Media, PR, Agencies) to ensure consistent messaging
Support the broader Integrated Social and Communications team with ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $96,800 - $160,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales and use tax and/or accounting.
Experience reconciling financially based records and general ledger accounts.
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet internal and external deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP and indirect tax systems such as Vertex O and/or Vertex Returns.
SAP experience related to customers, product materials, or condition records.
Bottle deposit compliance experience.
