The Senior Sales Analyst role is a key component to success for the US Refreshment Beverage (USRB) organization is ensuring our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route to Market Team has the right capabilities to enable seamless and successfulexecution across the value chain. As a DSD Digital Excellence Senior Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing a high-impact modernization initiative for DSD Analytic Solutions by evaluating, designing, and developing cutting-edge analytical tools.. You will work closely with the DSD and IT teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet stakeholder expectation by leveraging effective project management, analytical, & communicationskills to orchestrate action within DSD operational realities.
This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home on a weekly basis). Travel may be up to 20%.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and implementation of key DSD analytic initiatives, pertaining to DSD Branch Capacity and Frontline Digital Enablement
- Assist in the identification and development of other value-added tools that drive enterprise alignment, visibility & speed to action for our DSD organization. Canvas current reporting capabilities to create ongoing recommendations for best-in-class analytic solutions. Diagnose & streamline/reconstruct inefficient reporting + processes.
- For each initiative, help facilitate communication & collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and leadershipto ensure timely & successful project implementations. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards of business team.
- Foster a strong partnership with IT; act as a primary conduit between the USRB& IT teams. Provide support in broader IT Projects as applicable.
- Use the right balance of business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to develop holistic, best-in-class data solutions for the DSD organization.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics/IT or Supply Chain,or related field. MBA a plus
- Minimum 3 or more years of relevant business analytics experience. Experience with DSD Route to Market &/or CPG industry a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate data insights and operational processes effectively withdifferent levels within the organization.
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills to operate in a highly accountable and fast paced environment. Well organized, analysis driven with pragmatic approach.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel (advanced formulas) & PowerPoint. Proficient with data analytic/manipulation (Alteryx, Power Query) and visualization tools (PowerBI).
- A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations
