Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented USRB Senior Project Portfolio Manager for the US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) Business Unit. This highly visible role is responsible forthe planning and oversight of the USRB BU’s entireCapExproject portfolio, including theexecution and optimization of thelong-range planning process, annual planning process, and in-year execution governance

As part of the USRB Supply Chain Engineering team, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the USRB long-range and annual CapEx plans. You will be responsible foractively managing and collaborating withleadership that the USRB capital program projects are directly driving USRB to our aspirational 85 % OEE2The USRB Technology Roadmap management will also be part of the long-term job responsibilitiesYou will driveCapEx process andexecutive reporting optimization with the strategic programs and capital planning teams. You will work with the Engineering Project Management team and Site Champions to ensure that the BU’s projects are properly resourced and that they deliver on scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related degree. This individual will also have project and portfolio management experience. Food and Beverage, CPG (Consumer Package Goods) and plant floor experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and improve USRB long-range and annual planning/prioritization processes
  • Work with the Engineering Project Management Office to resource planned projects
  • Facilitate regular portfolio reviews and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Lead BU dynamic capital allocation process during the capital execution cycle
  • Analyze portfolio data, develop/monitor KPIs, and track portfolio performance
  • Develop reports to communicate portfolio/key project status to executive leadership
  • Ensure USRB Programs / Project capex align to aspirational 85% OEE2 goals
  • Develop direct report to enhance overall processes and provide career development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, Project Management, or other relevant degree
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a portfolio management role
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
  • Expertise inproject/portfolio management methodologies and tools (e.g. Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SAP)
  • Expertise in reporting and diagramming tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Think-cell, Power BI, Visio, AutoCAD)
  • Competence with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 
  • Strong leadership, influence, analytical, self-motivation, and communication skills
  • PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage primary packaging equipment and materials/processes (fillers, plastics, aluminum, bottles, cans, caps/closures) 
  • Knowledge of plant infrastructure and operations
  • Experience with technologies including CSD, Juices and Teas, Aseptic, hot fill
