Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically three days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel: Up to 10%
As a Senior Project Manager on the Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Supply Chain Initiatives team, you will lead high-impact projects spanning product innovation, graphic changes, brand extensions, limited-time offers, reformulations, packaging updates, bill of materials, master data, and finished goods procurement. This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, cross-functional coordination, and a results-driven mindset are essential. You will be responsible for driving execution across diverse teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while managing timelines, costs, and scope. As part of a cross-functional team, you will influence decision-making, mitigate risks, and champion continuous improvement across the supply chain.
What You Will Do
Lead large-scale strategic projects focused on logistics, warehousing, and DSD operations.
Develop business cases and present proposals for approval and funding.
Deliver results on time and within budget, tracking and reporting financial benefits.
Build detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures and resource schedules.
Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks; recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with KDP quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Capture lessons learned and apply them to future initiatives.
Influence the long-term objectives and strategies of KDP’s Supply Chain team.
Foster collaboration and accountability across internal and external partners.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $90,000–$105,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; MBA preferred.
PMP certification (PMI) highly preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
Prior supply chain experience required; experience in warehousing and/or transportation preferred.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience working with senior leaders on strategic programs.
Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite; Planview experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
