The Senior Master Data Anlayst that ensures customer data is maintained as per Company data standards, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs). Support related business projects/initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
- Meet data standards, control requirements, SLAs and related business needs. The Customer MD Senior Analyst will manage customer requests for all Business Units as required.
- Ensure customer data are maintained as per data standard, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support related business projects/initiatives, and be able to meet business needs and requirements in addition to regular data maintenance.
- Develop and support relationships with key stakeholder groups, and collaborate with manager and team to support business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvement ideas. Lead efforts as assigned to optimize upstream and downstream business groups to optimize the end to end process.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls in order to mitigate operational/business and financial reporting risk.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen or optimize control activities, as appropriate.
- Build and maintain a solid base of skills and business knowledge and foster an open and supportive team environment.
- Lead Customer MD operations team to meet data standards, control requirements, SLA and the related business needs. The Customer MD team will manage customer requests for BC, WD and DSD.

Business Support
- Completing special projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested
- Identification and implementation of improvements to processes and systems
- Execute internal and SOX controls by creating the reports, performing the related review and completing by the required critical timelines
- Escalate compliance failures and internal/SOX control issues to management weekly and monthly.
- Responsible for managing workload to ensure SLA and Productivity metric targets are being met

Requirements:
- High School degree required
- 5 years of business experience
- 3 years of SAP experience or similar system experience
- Customer Master Data/Data Standards Application experience
