Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning leads a team of Supply Chain Planners responsible for maximizing KDP customer service by ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. This role requires strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience managing supply planning transactions, including production, purchase, and transfer, to deliver key metrics such as Fill Rate and On Time In Full across all customers, SKUs, and network locations.
Position Overview
The Sr. Manager oversees the full order-to-delivery cycle, working cross-functionally across the supply chain to ensure inventory availability meets customer delivery expectations. This role requires proficiency in end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, order management, transportation, and warehousing, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and APO. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, Transportation, and Manufacturing teams to create effective production and fulfillment plans while aligning manufacturing sites and distribution centers with those plans.
You will also develop weekly and monthly supply plans, provide risk mitigation recommendations for the S&OE weekly cadence, and summarize complex scenarios into actionable insights. Additionally, this role manages ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement and productivity enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class service levels measured by Fill Rate and On Time In Full.
Support and provide inputs for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting cycle.
Serve as a liaison across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Marketing, troubleshooting issues and communicating solutions.
Review sales forecasts, analyze production plans and inventory reports, and provide production guidance for long-lead-time items.
Recommend and implement production and transportation actions during out-of-stock or allocation situations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities, streamline processes, and prevent obsolescence.
Make data-driven decisions using material- and plant-specific insights.

Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $125,000–$140,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or leadership.
Prior experience with SAP ECC and APO required.
Experience with order management, transportation, and warehousing preferred.
Strong background in root-cause analysis and corrective action methodology.
3+ years as an individual contributor in supply planning, scheduling, or fulfillment (preferably in a consumer-packaged goods environment).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI.
Proven track record leading cross-functional projects that deliver measurable productivity improvements.
