Crisis Mgmt.& Threat Intelligence Specialist, Corporate Security

KDP is seeking a security professional to support with the development and management of a core discipline within the Corporate Security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for maturing and managing the current threat intelligence program and associated crisis management processes. They will be responsible for developing systems and procedures to deliver a consistent and robust crisis management and threat intelligence program, which helps address the risks to our people, assets, and reputation.

This role will report to the senior leader of our Security Intelligence and Operations Center based in Frisco, TX and will be onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage all security risk and threat intelligence capabilities and technologies.
  • Develop standard protocols for crisis response and collaborate with business units to integrate intro processes as appropriate.
  • Monitor worldwide events and impacts on company assets, personnel and brands with systems & behaviors to proactively coordinate and disseminate situation reports as warranted.
  • Support the security operations center (SIOC) activities related to operational risk intelligence, incident notifications, and crisis response.
  • Coordinate SIOC response to crisis events supporting and facilitating for impacted customers.
  • Identify and develop crisis response training, travel security briefs, risk registries, and/or other related products and systems critical to service delivery.
  • Prepare customized situation reports and briefings as situations dictate or are requested.
  • Available 24/7 for issue resolution and/or crisis response.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a security/crisis/intelligence focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields of study
  • Preferred experience in corporate environment
  • Desired skills include a strong familiarity and experience with threat & risk intelligence, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • Strong communication-written and verbal, analytical skills, problem solving, as well as a high degree of technical skills are required. (proficiency with MS office suite, security risk intelligence systems, generative AI a plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
