Sr. Copywriter

Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.


  • Create culture driving, business-building brand work across any medium (film, radio, digital, social, etc.)
  • Proactively identify opportunity to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches, and techniques
  • Regular creation of speculative ideas and confidently present ideas and pitch new ideas
  • Lead the creative delivery of work and pitch new ideas
  • Guide the strategic direction of a project and correct a wayward brief
  • Confidently lead the production of film and photography
  • Collaborate with creative, strategists, and partners to develop content that meets brief objectives, timelines and budgets
  • People management responsibilities: peer reviewing creative work and confidently directing other

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Art Director (Sr, ACD or CD) or Designer at an agency, brand, publisher, or social media platform with an award winning portfolio
  • A well-grounded brand advocate with strategic understanding and creative leadership of a brand
  • Has a strong portfolio of work with recognizable campaigns and ideas you wish you'd done yourself
  • Instinctively knows what good looks like - and passionately talks about it
  • A safe pair of hands that can deliver on-brand creativity first time and can direct themselves accordingly
  • Represents the agency as the go to person for all copywriting and has a great ear for tone of voice and is hugely passionate about the role of language in forging the identify of a brand
  • Can stand in as an emergency art director
  • Can bring fresh, inspirational thinking to any brand
  • Brand, sector, and media specialties
  • Has won meaningful awards and can write case studies for awards
  • Can use seminal work to direct and inspire
  • Regular contributor to agency knowledge (sparking ideas)
  • Continuously abreast of what's happening in our industry
  • 6+ years of commercial experience across multiple agencies - though tenure is a guide
