As the Sales Coordinator, you are a critical part of the team and will provide comprehensive, reliable, high-quality sales support to our National Retail Sales (NRS) Convenience Retail (CR) team. You will be responsible for supporting National Account Executives, facilitating team meetings, completing sales administration tasks, and enabling execution with our bottling partners
This position is based in our Frisco,TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis)
What you will do:
- Support resolution for service execution issues with our bottling partners on behalf of our retailers
- Support sales team with new item launches including: new item forms, speed to market forms, distribution reports.
- Support sales team with MyDay execution which includes auditing for proper execution; reviewing execution reports, and communicating concerns with National Account Executives.
- Support sales team with goal of reduction of Out of Period adjustments to include monitoring of MyDay inputs in comparison to POP forecast.
- Support sales team to resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Support select accounts with internal pricing input files.
- Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
- Create and Manage database of Customer Agreement, CMAs and other contracts.
- Support role in the preparation presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials for internal key stakeholder meetings. Includes developing templates, graphics, and chart inputs at highest professional standards.
- Support sales teams with managing the digital shelf with retailers that have omni channel offerings
- Communicate effectively to internal team members and external customers.
- Work cross-functionally with RGM, Finance, and Category Management
- Troubleshoot any in-house system issues and seek resolution from the technical team.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range: $21.92/hr - $31.25/hr
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, macros, data simulation)
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience with retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction preferred
- Prefer experience in “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries. Prior Sales experience a plus.
- High degree of curiosity for the retail space with strong personal drive and energy to succeed Well organized, with detail oriented and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop efficient and effective “go to market” processes. Effective at shifting priorities as business needs require.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
