The Sales Coordinator is an essential partner to the West Foodservice sales team at KDP, delivering dependable, high‑quality support that keeps the business moving smoothly. This role ensures operational efficiency through effective communication, accurate data management, and thoughtful analytical work that supports both customer needs and trade execution.
Working closely with sales leaders, the Sales Coordinator helps prepare internal and external sales presentations and serves as a key liaison between cross‑functional teams and the sales organization. By keeping processes organized, compliant, and on track, this position enables the sales team to focus on driving growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement
- Maintain and continuously update sales collateral, templates, and customer‑facing materials.
- Gather and synthesize data for customer presentations (e.g., Valve Optimizer, Numerator).
- Secure inputs for value chains, including DC‑level pricing and sourcing details.
- Manage the flow of deals through the internal approval process for contract renewals and extensions, ensuring timely turnaround with Finance, Legal, and CTA stakeholders
Reporting and Performance
- Compile KPIs, dashboards, and performance summaries for distribution to sales leadership.
- Support preparation of internal reporting presentations (MBRs, QBRs, IBPs).
- Pull reports and assist with volume forecasting to support business planning.
- Support OPA mitigation by identifying outstanding volume reporting ahead of payment deadlines.
- Collect required customer documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Sales Operations Support
- Oversee the new‑account setup process, coordinating with internal partners and customer contacts.

Process Improvement
- Standardize templates, processes, and communication across the West sales team.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $21.92/hr - $31.25/hr
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (business, marketing, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn CRM systems and sales tools quickly.
- Basic financial literacy and comfort working with numbers (e.g., pricing, margins, forecasting).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, professional presentations.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross‑functional teams.
