What we are looking for:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Principal Product Ownerwho is a key Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the product value delivered by the team in alignment with the strategic direction and business/customer needs.This individual will provide mentorship and guidance to other Product Owners and be instrumental in shaping product strategy.The Principal Product Owner is a vital player in KDP’s new way of working, supporting and driving a lean-agile mindset and learning culture.
What you will do:
As the Principal Product Owner, you will…
- Deeply understand the marketing technology business and product strategyand help make and/or influence critical decisions that impact the product.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop an audience-focused digital experience roadmap that guides the evolution of the digital user journey and deepens integration between channels.
- Ensure the product development team has a solid understanding of the product strategy to the product development team to help them moreeffectively execute and meet objectives and goals.
- Make certain the voice of customer needs and priorities are incorporated into the product solution.
- Manage and prioritize the content / features team backlog with clearly defined value hypothesis and acceptance criteria to be delivered by the development teams. Continually search for opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize product work.
- Apply a broader understanding of the market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to set the strategic direction for the product and actively manage or contribute to its roadmap.
- Lead, manage, and prioritize the content / features team backlog with clearly defined value hypothesis and acceptance criteria to be delivered by the development teams.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Manager, and Solution / Domain Architect.
- Facilitate the relationship with the end customer and business leadership/owners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of product management or related experience.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies with experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understands concepts of data architecture, data engineering, and data warehousing capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on actionable insights and innovation.
- Preferred experience with work management tools (Jira) as well as dashboard and analytics tool capabilities (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Background in at least three disciplines, such as business, technology, application development, or operations in a multi-tier environment.
- Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.
- Experience in product or service design, delivery, and/or enhancements. (preferred)
