As Manager, Regional Sales Revenue Growth Management (RGM) - Direct Store Delivery (DSD), you will directly support our Regional Accounts sales teams. You will be accountable for partnering with Sales Leadership to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the revenue growth objectives assigned to the convenience channel. Your focus will be leveraging various data sources and trade systems to harvest insights and determine the pricing and promotional actions needed to drive the business while adhering to the commercial strategy and acting coherently within the marketplace. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions.
This role is based in our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis)
What you will do:
Creation, Management & Execution of the Customer(s) Topline (Revenue) Plan
- Ownership of 52-week price/package/promotional plan
- Evaluation of Customer-specific growth drivers and insights
- Development of gap closures to plan and representation back to headquarter teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, broader Commercial, Finance, etc
Stewardship of Customer(s) internal Performance Management Routines and Insights
- Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – volume, price/mix, revenue drivers
- Accountable for team routines supporting quarterly and annual business reviews (QBR, IBP)
- Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for Customer activities (e.g. Return on Investment, Household Penetration)
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $96,800 - $140,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective.
- Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes.
- Experience in a “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel up to 10%
