Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manager, Logistics Performance & Strategy to lead initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of our national supply chain. This high-impact role blends operational strategy, logistics performance analytics, and network modeling with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in supply chain operations and analytics, paired with the leadership skills to manage a team of analysts responsible for building and delivering high-quality dashboards, reporting, and business insights. While this role is not focused on hands-on development work, a strong understanding of tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake is required to guide and mentor the team effectively.
This position is hybrid, based at our Frisco, TX corporate headquarters, with three days onsite and two days remote each week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3–4 analysts responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and modeling tools to support logistics and supply chain strategy.
Drive network optimization initiatives across transportation, inventory, and infrastructure using advanced modeling tools and scenario planning.
Provide thought leadership and oversight for business case development in support of logistics and capital investment decisions.
Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Finance, Supply Planning, and Engineering to ensure alignment and execution of network strategies.
Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
Guide the creation and evolution of KPIs and reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake, ensuring data quality and actionable output.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring continued growth in both technical and business-facing competencies.

- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics strategy, or network design, with at least 1–2 years in a people leadership or team oversight role
Proven experience with network modeling, scenario analysis, and capital project support
Fluency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to effectively guide technical development and ensure data-driven decision-making
Strong financial acumen and the ability to link operational performance to P&L outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing non-technical audiences
Experience working cross-functionally and/or with field-based operations is a plus
