Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manager, Creative Operations & Resource Management to support resource planning, workflow optimization, reporting, and operational excellence across creative and production teams.

This role will drive capacity planning, workload visibility, reporting, process governance, and workflow management while partnering closely with Creative, Production, Finance, Procurement, and agency partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-oriented, and experienced in resource forecasting, creative operations, and operational reporting. Adobe Workfront experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead resource forecasting, capacity planning, and workload management.
  • Analyze project demand and utilization to identify resource needs and risks.
  • Develop resource models, dashboards, and forecasting reports.
  • Partner with leadership on prioritization and staffing recommendations.

Workflow & Systems Management

  • Support and optimize workflow management tools, including Adobe Workfront.
  • Maintain project templates, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting structures.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Drive workflow consistency, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and manage reports on project volume, resource utilization, and operational performance.
  • Build dashboards and executive-ready reporting packages.
  • Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Financial & Vendor Operations

  • Manage invoice tracking, approval workflows, and vendor coordination.
  • Support budget tracking, spend reporting, and financial documentation.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, agencies, and production vendors.

Creative Operations Support

  • Support project intake, resource planning, and agency coordination.
  • Maintain documentation related to creative assets, usage rights, and production files.
  • Demonstrate general awareness of font licensing, asset governance, and compliance considerations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.


Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $140,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Resource Management, Project Management, or Agency Operations.
  • Strong experience in resource forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience with workflow or project management systems.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Adobe Workfront experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Screendragon, or similar tools.
  • Background in agency, creative, marketing, production, or CPG environments.
  • Experience building dashboards, resource models, and executive reporting.
  • Power BI experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process optimization, automation, or operational efficiencies.
