Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP)’s Corporate and International Group is looking to hire an IT Product Manager, Finance with strong experience to support Corporate Finance Organization, from the moment a transaction is recorded all the way to our financial reporting. The IT Product Manager will be responsible for our SAP Ecosystem as the lead technical resource for our Tax, Treasury, Accounting and Record to Reporting finance teams. The team designs, configures and maintains the backbone of KDP’s finance, treasury and tax activities that enable us to manufacture the products that our customers love.

In this role, you'll work as part of team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Also responsible for leading IT Projects, including the design and deployment of new functionality for IT systems in the ecosystem, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home)

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership for the team to plan, organize, control and support the finance organization.
  • Serve as a Technical Product Manager in agile teams supporting finance applications.
  • Define, communicate, and champion the long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap for a value stream in alignment with KDP priorities. 
  • Manage multiple, complex products or new product builds across three or more teams within a workstream along with the product release schedule. 
  • Demonstrate customer-centricity by advocating user needs to the Product/Platform Owners and ensuring translation of needs into requirements for development. 
  • Oversee the product through its lifecycle, track product performance and related outcomes, and gather customer/client feedback to improve the product. 
  • Act as the lead and subject matter expert for the product, communicating product updates and performance metrics to applicable teams, leadership, and clients/customers.  
  • Collaborate with Initiative and Epic owners to develop business case and gathers data critical for new products and improvements. Champions the investments required to deliver vision. 
  • Analyze market and competition data to create / update product features that meet customer needs and aligns with market/industry standards.  
  • In partnership with the Business Product Owner(s) + Stakeholders, plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Provide technical direction and training to team members on the application and IT Best Practices in the areas of SOX Compliance and IT Governance Controls.
  • Manage IT Team Members including recruiting, training and coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Monitor the performance of our key applications, including developing key backup and disaster recovery scenarios with business, balancing our cost vs productivity levels and make recommendations for continued support of the application.

Requirements

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.
  • At minimum 5 – 7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA – S/4HANA experience preferred)
  • Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan.
  • Team lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.
  • Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience required.
  • Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
  • Experience in understanding and solving for technical debt, cloud migration of applications is preferred
