As the Director of Productivity, you will lead the Supply Chain Productivity process. You’ll collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and R&D to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction across KDP. Your leadership will directly contribute to fueling growth and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the Supply Chain Productivity process.
- Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that the process emphasizes actions that drive financial results and minimizes reporting requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate productivity reporting and alignment with financial goals.
- Work with Procurement to ensure they are appropriately represented throughout the process.
- Identify and share best practices across the Supply Chain BUs and COEs.
- Technology Management
- Manage Planview tracking system and Power BI dashboards; optimize tools to meet stakeholder needs.
- Drive automation and process improvements to streamline reporting.
- Leadership & Culture
- Mentor and develop junior team members; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Champion KDP’s core values: Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Be Fearless & Fair.
- Promote agile collaboration, time management, and change resilience.
- Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to productivity and supply chain initiatives.
- Partner with Operations Excellence team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years leading productivity, continuous improvement, or operations excellence programs in CPG or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide productivity processes.
- Strong program management skills and familiarity with common tools and practices.
- Background in Finance and/or Procurement is a plus.
- Experience optimizing technology systems and digital productivity tools.
- Strong data analytics capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
