Job Overview:

As the Director of Continuous Improvement, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to build a Lean culture and drive operational excellence across our Supply Chain. You’ll partner with site leaders and other continuous improvement experts across the Supply Chain to streamline processes, reduce waste, and accelerate value delivery. Your leadership will help fuel growth while reinforcing our core values: Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Be Fearless & Fair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Champion the development of a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
    • Set and govern Supply Chain-wide continuous improvement priorities using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Agile methodologies.
    • Lead transformational initiatives to reduce lead times and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Collaboration & Governance
    • Partner with Continuous Improvement leads across the Supply Chain to synchronize efforts and share best practices.
    • Work with the Supply Chain Leadership team to align on Supply Chain wide program initiatives and training plans
  • Capability Building
    • Build a scalable continuous improvement system through coaching, training, and deployment of experts.
    • Develop and manage central continuous improvement training programs.
    • Mentor and coach junior team members and future leaders.
  • Culture & Change Leadership
    • Promote agile collaboration, time management, and accountability.
    • Partner with Operations Excellence team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Lean equivalent with a track record of leading large-scale transformations.
  • Proven success in building enterprise-wide CI systems and executing impactful projects.
  • Strong program management and data analytics skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate cross-functional teams.
