Job Overview:

KDP Foodservice Solutions is seeking an experienced analytical guru to join our Business Intelligence team as we use the power of data to further transform our organization by building and deploying modern analytical solutions that give people at all levels the access, visibility and insights to make informed decisions. You will use your keen eye for detail, your passion for business partnership and with your top-notch data management and analytical skills to dig deep into data.

Responsibilities 

  • Be the data master and go-to leader for Salient
  • Promptly respond to ad-hoc analytical/data requests
  • Analyze the performance of our Bottles To Go and Warehouse Direct businesses and create and maintain business intelligence dashboards in Excel and PowerBI
  • Create scorecarding and tracking for key customers. This will be critical to driving the overall success of our agreed strategies with the customer partners.
  • Provide key analysis of sales data to drive insights and strategic recommendations
  • Share insightful take-aways and root-cause backed with data
  • Consistently identify trends that lead to risk and opportunity identification

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, macros, data simulation)
  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree, highly preferred
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • PowerBI experience, highly preferred
  • Alteryx experience, highly preferred
  • Prefer experience in “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries.
  • Well organized, with detail oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop efficient and effective “go to market” processes. Effective at shifting priorities as business needs require.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, drive change management and collaboration skills a plus
