Job Overview:

The Bottler Activation Manager will be dedicated to driving growth, revenue, profit and share results for brands within the Pepsi affiliated sales organization. Objectives include leading the development of Joint Business Plans (JBP) for bottler partners and collaborating with various cross functional leaders for the purpose of activating those plans. The Bottler Activation Manager will work closely with internal teams and our bottling partners to execute impactful marketing strategies and activation plans while fostering a culture of communication, accountability, and performance excellence.

  • Commercial Excellence: Demonstrate expertise in commercial processes and ensure product commercialization efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. Continuously assess and refine processes to drive seamless integration and optimization of the value chain from planning through to execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with KDP and bottler cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution and implementation of account plans and programs
  • Joint Business Planning (JBP): Lead the JBP process for key bottler partners where both parties align on shared goals, strategies, and initiatives for mutual growth and success; implement JBP disciplines
  • Bottler Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective business relationships with bottler key decision makers to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Foster clear, proactive communication with cross-functional teams to eliminate redundancies and ensure alignment across all stages of the planning and execution process.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement processes, tools, or technologies to improve operational efficiency and streamline resource deployment, ensuring faster execution of solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor performance, inspect results, and ensure that all actions are in line with expectations. Hold teams accountable to business goals and ensure consistent communication of progress.

Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
    • Minimum 5 years of CPG sales or commercial experience
  • • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with a process-oriented mindset and leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve results.
  • Proven experience in creating data-driven sales stories to achieve specific objectives using syndicated data, sales reporting, and market research.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, willing to lead and engage in exciting projects with diverse customers.
