Administrative Assistant - Frisco, TX

Hiring Immediately

Provides clerical, administrative, and general office support to the Operations Initiatives and DSD Customer Service group with frequent access to highly confidential information and files. Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. Purchases supplies and coordinates equipment for team. May perform other duties such as preparing reports and compliance data, coordinating projects, and performing research.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the first point of contact in the department. Creates and sustains key relationships and anticipates colleague questions.
  • Maintains compliance with corporate and functional policies and procedures. Coordinates functional processes.
  • Performs data entry into functional databases and works with other departments to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Plans day to day work flows to ensure timely completion of assignments by coordinating projects and schedules with other functional areas.
  • Manages general business office activities, including managing email inboxes and tasks, handling mailings, communications, reports, data retrieval/archiving and presentations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards:
  • Pay rate $24.00 per hour.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (GED) or Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of general office experience
  • Skilled in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • 1 year minimum experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
