Job Overview:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role within the Coffee Business Unit by delivering high‑quality analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional support that improves shipment performance, production planning, and supply chain execution. This role partners closely with Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to translate operational data into actionable insights that support both short and mid‑term business objectives.

With strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst provides visibility to operational performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts across the planning ecosystem. This role supports effective decision‑making by maintaining consistent communication across functions and ensuring that reporting, metrics, and analysis align with the needs of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply Chain, and Commercial to support aligned decision‑making and optimized product flow across multiple sites.
  • Participate in and support daily and weekly operational calls, helping surface issues, gather insights, and maintain cross‑functional visibility into supply chain performance.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and scenario analysis that help guide operational teams and inform leadership decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting that support capacity planning, shipment performance, and production output tracking.
  • Conduct analyses that structure ambiguous questions into clear, data‑based recommendations.
  • Identify operational issues, constraints, and risks across the supply chain and recommend solutions that improve service, cost, and production outcomes.
  • Support process improvement efforts focused on reducing variability, increasing data accuracy, and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Develop clear and concise presentations, reporting materials, and summaries that help stakeholders understand key insights and recommended actions.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,4500 - $105,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain Analytics
  • Experience with SAP (APO, ECC, SNP) or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Background in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with key partners
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical/reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated ability to support or implement process improvements that drive measurable value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
