Shift & Schedule: Full-time, D2 Shift – Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our day shift Coffee processing operations at our Essex Junction facility. This full-time position is responsible for managing the overall operating performance of production, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 20+ production employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management

  • Maintain a safe work environment with a strong safety culture

  • Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with all regulatory and company standards

  • Oversee process documentation, training programs, and inventory control to support operational excellence

  • Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to drive continuous improvements and reduce costs

  • Track and improve shift productivity and efficiency using lean manufacturing principles

  • Conduct timely performance reviews and foster employee development

  • Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance issues as needed

Compensation:

    • This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and beverage

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, TQM principles, and data-driven problem solving for continuous improvement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with experience in productivity tracking

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Comfortable delivering group presentations to employees and management

  • Provides clear, timely, and constructive feedback—both positive and corrective
