Location: 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, Vermont, 05452
Shift & Schedule: Full-time, D2 Shift – Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
About the Role:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our day shift Coffee processing operations at our Essex Junction facility. This full-time position is responsible for managing the overall operating performance of production, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of 20+ production employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain a safe work environment with a strong safety culture
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Oversee process documentation, training programs, and inventory control to support operational excellence
Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to drive continuous improvements and reduce costs
Track and improve shift productivity and efficiency using lean manufacturing principles
Conduct timely performance reviews and foster employee development
Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance issues as needed

- This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and beverage
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, TQM principles, and data-driven problem solving for continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with experience in productivity tracking
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Comfortable delivering group presentations to employees and management
Provides clear, timely, and constructive feedback—both positive and corrective
