Routing Data Analyst - Des Moines, IA, Frisco, TX, Northlake, IL 

KDP’sCentralized DSD Routing Team is experiencing breakthrough change as we embrace advanced routing technologiesto support KDP in delivering a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere. The Routing Data Analyst will be at the forefront of this change, supporting the Route Planning and Analytics Manager in creating new processes to leverage these systems. Strong organizational and analytical skills will be necessary to identify, improve, create, and support new systems;configure system settings for maximumroute and delivery efficiencies;create, improve, and sustain business reports. Once new standards are established, focus may shift to analyzing data output and recommending process changes.Deep knowledge of programming languages and strong attention to minute details are required.

Shift and Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 1st shift 
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed dependent on business needs

Position Responsibilities 

  • Utilize SQL, XML, and VBA to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimizelogistics processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams through problem solving sessions utilizingLean Six Sigma (LSS) tools
  • Create and maintain reports using Office tools to communicate key insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Total Rewards:
  • $49,400 - $85,575 / year
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) with 3 years of routing/logistics experience OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 1 year of routing/logistics experience
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • 1 year of experience with SAP or a similar system
  • Descartes Route Planner experience
  • LSS training (Green Belt or higher)
  • PowerBI experience
  • Alteryx and/or Power Automate experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
