Location: Denver, Colorado
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead sales across a multistate territory covering portions of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. This role leads the business across 15 distribution centers and more than 15 KDP brands, partnering with the territory’s top retailers from corporate buyers to local district managers—to accelerate growth and improve market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth and Business Planning
- Develop and execute customer sales strategies and joint business plans with distributor leadership to achieve shared volume, promotional, and value objectives.
- Lead top-to-top meetings and ongoing business reviews to monitor performance and adjust plans throughout the year.
- Partner with regional and national key account teams to secure new distribution and incremental promotional activity through annual reviews and monthly planning meetings.
Analytics, Forecasting, and Financial Management
- Analyze syndicated, customer, and internal sales data to generate insights that inform customer strategies, volume forecasts, budget decisions, and distributor recommendations.
- Conduct monthly volume, budget, and forecast reviews with leadership to assess performance and update plans.
- Manage trade budgets, billing, invoice reconciliation, and related administrative requirements.
Cross-Functional Customer Leadership
- Develop customer presentations and recommendations in partnership with distributor leadership and business unit leadership.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across KDP to align customer strategies, operational support, financial requirements, and execution.
Market Execution and Leadership
- Conduct in-market visits with distributor partners to strengthen retail execution and uncover local opportunities.
- Lead sales rallies with frontline leadership teams to reinforce priorities and strategic initiatives.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range: USD $105,000.00 - USD 115,000.00
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- At least three years of management experience with a multibrand beverage company operating a direct-store-delivery model.
- Strong understanding of bottler and distributor business dynamics and workflows.
- Experience managing key accounts and calling on local and regional retail chains. Experience with Town Pump, Albertsons, Kroger, WinCo, or Walmart is preferred.
- Experience analyzing sales, trade, and business performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and syndicated data tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to customers, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.
