Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven National Account Executive, Field to join the Kroger team. In this role, you will act as a strategic and executional lead across Kroger Texas field operations, delivering against KPI’s for volume, execution, and customer engagement. This position is ideal for a business-minded professional who thrives on both planning and doing—combining strategic thinking with operational agility to deliver customer value from the boardroom to the back room.

This is a remote based position.  The ideal candidate can be located in: Dallas,TX  or Houston,TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute strategic field-level plans that align KDP priorities with Kroger Texas goals and drive sustained performance.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships at multiple levels to ensure strong engagement and influence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, category, marketing, RTM) to ensure flawless execution
  • Demonstrate a high level of collaboration with key supply chain stakeholders locally and regionally to deliver exceptional forecast accuracy results
  • Drive executional excellence across all key national/regional programs and initiatives, ensuring RTM (Route to Market) alignment and activation.
  • Analyze business performance and leverage data to deliver customer insights and identify areas for growth.
  • Navigate between strategic discussions and operational realities with agility and confidence.
  • Lead with a "Boardroom to Back Room" mindset—comfortable with both strategic negotiation and in-store execution.
  • Manage priorities effectively while maintaining a relentless focus on results and customer success.
  • Track, Rank and Publish performance during key programs and periods, holding all participating parties accountable for results.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range $116,100 - $175,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive customer management, sales or sales support experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience outside of Sales (e.g., Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing, Sales Operations, E-Commerce)
  • Experience using IRI, Nielsen Scantrack, or other syndicated data
