We are looking for an exceptional person to join our sales team with the Van Houtte Coffee Services division. We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, who is motivated by surpassing his or her objectives and who cares about customer satisfaction. TASKS

  • Responsible for a portfolio of customers in a given territory in Coquitlam, BC 
  • Responsible for liaising with decision makers in your portfolio.
  • Execute the deployment of new products and coffee solutions for your customer base.
  • Proactively manage customer needs and increase sales through coffee service offerings.
  • Meet with customers in the field to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account to grow their territory.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new account is handed over, in order to fully understand the customer's expectations.
  • Create business proposals outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
  • Close sales, sign commercial agreements and provide after-sales service.
  • Ensure proper execution of the transaction.
  • Achieve territory sales objectives (sales volume, number of visits, customer retention).
  • Present a monthly review of the territory with concrete actions to grow it.
  • Keep an eye on innovations, competition and the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a quality market release.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team.
  • Develop knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment.
  • Become an ambassador for our brands.

Requirements

SKILLS

  • Dynamic and motivated.

  • Sales experience in a service environment.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Advanced knowledge of technologies and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous and able to take initiative.
  • Ability to work on several projects, good time and priority management.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

CAD $53,800.00 - $88,800.00 salary. 

 

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

 

Role includes a generous car allowance, gas card, plus many more perks.
