Winter Co-op 2025- Environmental Health and Safety- Columbus, OH

As a Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) you will be a part of the beverage revolution. In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be embraced in a supportive role that is focused on compliance and the commitment to keeping our employees safe. Learning and understanding the regulatory aspects of our operations, you will support environmental, as well as safety standards. The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run January 6 - May 23, 2025

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • In-Person

As an Environmental Health & Safety Co-op you will have exposure to:

  • Critical thinking and EHS problems solving leadership during a crisis
  • Regulatory affairs management and tracking
  • Hosting team calls to execute project work and interacting with the team daily
  • Building EHS management systems and helping teams learn/implement
  • Auditing safety procedures to ensure guidelines are being followed
  • Continued growth and career development

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, in Junior or Senior year, majoring in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering or Environmental Sciences
  • Available to work 40 hours per week; hours may vary based on need
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
