Job Overview:

Location: 950 Stelzer Road,Columbus,Ohio,43219

Shift & Schedule:
Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

The Batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients to produce finished syrup for Keurig Dr Pepper's beverage lines. This role supports high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.

  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure a continuous flow of syrup to the filling lines.

  • Accurately measure, mix, and blend ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.

  • Operate and sanitize batching equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed and accurate production records.

  • Receive and inventory raw ingredients, including sugar and other materials.


Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay: $24.04 per hour. Pay increases to $25.31 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Mechanical aptitude and previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

  • Ability to quickly learn how processing equipment operates.

  • Forklift experience or willingness to learn safe forklift operation around pedestrians.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software.

  • Fundamental math skills for production calculations.

  • Understanding of basic chemistry concepts (e.g., pH levels, pH probe use) is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand, bend, and stretch throughout the shift.

  • Frequent kneeling, squatting, stair/ladder climbing, stooping, twisting, and overhead reaching.

  • Must be able to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.
