***Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Inside Sales Representative responsible to manage and development an assigned portfolio of B2B customers based on customer location.

Portfolio size is approximately 1000 accounts.  

Our B2B customers can be reached by different channels of communication but mainly phone, emails, and web portal.  

The CSR role mainly oversees customers profitability by ensuring monthly contacts for product purchase and ensures entire customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals on a weekly basis.
  • Execute national sales initiatives, new product launches, programs, and services to support company growth & innovation.
  • Achieve individual incremental sales targets by increasing lines per invoice, introducing new product categories and upgrading coffee solution on site.
  • Make outbound calls to your assigned customers on a set schedule to fulfill orders.
  • Support Account Managers assigned to your client portfolio through regular communication and updates.
  • Ensure service levels are upheld and met, enforce a minimum order, and coordinate customer delivery schedule.
  • Collaborate with regional operations and service teams to provide best in class response time to any service request stemming from the field.
  • Perform all administrative tasks in relation to price list changes, opening/closing of accounts, equipment changes, and various resource changes as well as any other related tasks.


Total Rewards:

CAD $45,700.00 - $55,000.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales function, with relevant experience as a telephone sales/customer service agent.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a sales and customer service systems and software.
