As a Summer Co-op 2025 – Supply Chain in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the innovation element of our Coffee Supply Chain. You will be working in a cross-functional environment, focused on driving company profits through Design-to-Value. You will have real responsibilities and will be provided opportunities to grow professionally. Shift/Schedule:
- The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9th - December 5th, 2025
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid (T/W/Th in office)
As a Supply Chain Transformation Co-op you will:
- Support strategic projects by preparing presentations, meetings, reports and documentation
- Assist leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; Synthesizing takeaways into executive summaries and/or recommendations
- Lead Design-to-Value project working with a cross functional team
Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Business/Finance, or Supply Chain disciplines
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
- Possessing project management and organization skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects
- Being comfortable with competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment by building relationships with team members; and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
- Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.
- Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
- Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suits (Excel, PowerPoint).
