Job Overview:

Our Supply team is responsible for direct and indirect manufacturing to meet inventory requirements. Whether sourcing components, manufacturing finished goods, or negotiating with suppliers, the team collaborates across US and International locations to provide high quality products to our consumers.

You will work with Demand, Sales, and Commercial partners on effective production and fulfillment plans of medium-to-high complexity. You will help ensure manufacturing and distribution centers are aligned to weekly/monthly plans for execution. You will also develop supply plans as an input to the S&OP process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various department reporting and ad-hoc requirements related to the materials you directly supply plan, or other team members supply plan.  This includes leading “run to red” inventory recovery efforts, requiring hyper care support with succinct summary status and supporting details for extended management team to understand risk and mitigation efforts.

Position Responsibilities

  • Review and revise production and fulfillment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, & Marketing and functions, communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems, and concerns.
  • Review the sales forecast, analyze production plans and inventory levels, confirm long lead time items to provide production guidance to the manufacturing sites.
  • Generate receipts plan for 3PL partners to support warehouse capacity and resource planning.
  • Assist in the expediting finished goods, when necessary, to support customer order fulfillment.
  • Recommend and implement production and transportation actions when products are in out-of-stock or allocation situations.
  • Aid management/departments on matters related to production or fulfillment planning and forecasting.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range:  $76,400 - $100,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, quality, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, including statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, A3, Design of Experiments); Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience managing budgets (OpEx/CapEx), including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Strong background in product quality, field performance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with global manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Strong technical foundation across mechanical, electrical, and/or connected systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
