Sr Supply Chain Analyst

Our team plays a critical role in developing long-term supply chain strategies that support profitable growth, service excellence, and efficient operations. This position is responsible for conducting complex supply chain analyses, identifying customer and transportation optimization opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Perform quantitative supply chain analyses to support strategic business decisions, including transportation optimization, manufacturing network design, warehouse capacity planning, inventory positioning, and customer service improvements.
• Analyze sourcing, production, inventory, and distribution data to identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficiencies across the coffee supply chain.
• Compile, validate, and manage large datasets for strategic planning initiatives, supplier evaluations, and third-party logistics partnerships.
• Develop clear, concise presentations and executive summaries that communicate key findings, recommendations, and business impacts.
• Create and execute business cases for capital investments, network changes, and supply chain improvement projects.
• Drive analyses to actionable conclusions by aligning stakeholders on recommendations, decisions, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, sales, and commercial teams to ensure all relevant perspectives are incorporated into strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain advanced supply chain models, including customer network optimization, facility location analysis, and transportation simulations.

• Salary Range: $76,450 - $105,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
• Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
• Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, logistics, operations planning, or supply chain strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data modeling, scenario analysis, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate insights and influence decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain planning platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other data transformation and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization software, simulation modeling, and network design tools.
• Knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting operations, green coffee logistics, or food-grade manufacturing environments is a plus.
