The Sr. Analyst, Brewer & Accessories Performance Management will serve as the analytical engine supporting KDP’s Brewer and Accessories business. This role is responsible for leading category reporting, performance analysis, and strategic forecasting in partnership with RGM and Commercial stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in translating data into actionable business insights to drive revenue growth and informed decision-making across the organization.
This role requires a keen interest in learning about a business, a strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Reporting & Business Routines
- Manage the development, design, automation, and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports and performance routines for the Brewer and Accessories category
- Build and evolve standardized dashboards and scorecards that track category KPIs, including volume, revenue, price/mix, and distribution trends
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct analyses and build presentations to support leadership business reviews and ad-hoc requests
Category & Performance Analysis
- Drive category analysis in partnership with RGM and Commercial teams to understand key business drivers and trends across channels, customers, and geographies
- Provide actionable recommendations on business implications and opportunities based on analysis of internal performance data and external syndicated sources (e.g., NPD)
- Diagnose performance gaps and surface insights that support gap closure initiatives
Forecasting & Strategic Planning
- Partner with the RGM Lead to aggregate customer-level forecasts for short- and long-term strategic planning activities
- Support the annual sales planning process by providing customer-level inputs for volume, price/mix, etc., to build 1-3 year projections
- Assist in building and maintaining consumption forecasting models that incorporate promotional plans, seasonal trends, and market dynamics
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key analytical resource for cross-functional partners, serving as a point of contact for data requests, trend interpretation, and performance management questions

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $76,400 - $115,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, sales planning, or a related field within Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, or a related industry
- Experience working with syndicated data platforms (Circana/IRI, Nielsen) preferred
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience building automated reporting tools or models strongly preferred
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into clear business narratives
- Strong understanding of business analytics and commercial performance metrics
