As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Acquisition, you’ll own and scale paid media strategies across Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliate—fueling acquisition and conversion across Keurig.com, Commercial.Keurig.com, Keurig’s TikTok Shop, and the Keurig app.

You’ll lead an in-house team of five channel specialists—across paid search, shopping, social, affiliate, and SEO—coaching for performance, growth, and strategic thinking. You'll also manage key agency relationships and platform partnerships, and partner closely with Data Science, CRM, and Category leads to identify opportunities across the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-funnel paid media strategy—including Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliate—to drive measurable acquisition and conversion outcomes.
  • Lead an in-house team to execute, optimize, and scale paid performance across channels.
  • Contribute to SEO and organic growth strategy, particularly where it complements paid performance and supports visibility in AI-powered search results.
  • Directly manage budget allocation and performance across channels with a focus on efficiency, scale, and profit outcomes.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop and interpret dashboards, measure incrementality, and refine attribution models to inform campaign investment.
  • Identify and activate audience segments based on performance insights, lifecycle signals, and predictive modeling.
  • Lead creative testing across ad types and platforms, especially for Paid Social and Google Shopping/Performance Max—with clear hypotheses and learning agendas.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Loyalty, CRM, and Analytics teams to influence the full customer lifecycle—ensuring acquisition campaigns are informed by LTV, cohort behaviors, and retention signals.
  • Surface insights to influence broader site merchandising and offer strategy; contribute actively to test-and-learn initiatives across the DTC experience.
  • Monitor platform trends, emerging tools, and performance benchmarks to ensure Keurig’s media mix evolves ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor and grow an in-house team of performance marketers, while effectively managing agency and platform partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus on business, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in paid performance marketing with direct accountability for ROAS, CAC, and LTV—preferably in eCommerce or DTC.
  • Deep experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, Impact), and SEO strategy.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that balance short-term acquisition with long-term profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI), structured testing (A/B, incrementality, MMM), and basic data querying (e.g., SQL). Able to interpret complex performance signals and guide decision-making.
  • Conversant in applying machine learning and AI to paid acquisition channels, with experience using automation tactics—such as scripting—to drive operational excellence
  • Experience managing internal team members and external agencies; clear communicator with strong project management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that values experimentation, learning, and ownership—with support from a collaborative team.
