Internal Communications Manager
KDP’s Corporate Affairs function engages internal and external stakeholders to build KDP’s reputation and license to grow through transparency, partnerships and positive impact. The Internal Communications Manager serves as a partner to the Coffee and U.S. Refreshment Beverages organizations and reports to the Director, Internal Communications - BU.The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing holistic BU-first communication plans that amplify functional priorities and initiatives, enhance employee engagement and ensure engaging, consistent messaging aligned to our employer brand. This role also supports enterprise communications and will work collaborativelywith Corporate Affairs and senior leadership to create and manage communication plansand encourage team member advocacy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to amplify and drive engagement in functional priorities and initiatives.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to drive consistency of communications strategy across business units and drive efficiencies in communication deliverables as appropriate.
- Support change management communications and organizational change initiatives.
- Plan and execute functional communications and events.
- Create, edit and manage content for various communication channels, including email, newsletters, presentations, digital and print.
- Ensure all communications are clear, consistent and aligned with our employer brand and company culture.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, provide regular recommendations to senior leadershipand refine approaches to improve outcomes based on communication metrics, benchmarks and employee feedback.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that balance creativity, accuracy and brevity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience with change management and employee engagement initiatives and content management systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of the organization
