We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-orientedCo-op to join our EngineeringProject Execution Management Team (PEM). 

As a Fall Engineering Project Execution Manager Co-op(PEM)at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will support the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of the tools, systems, and processes used to manage capital investment programs across our manufacturing network.

The Co-op will help establish and maintain standardized project management practices, support capital expenditure (CapEx) data management, enhance portfolio reporting capabilities, and improve document governance across the organization. Through collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Program Management teams, the candidate will gain firsthand exposure to how strategic capital investments are planned, executed, and governed within a manufacturing environment. 

This position is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and building scalable solutions that improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making. The role offers a unique opportunity to understand both the business systems that drive capital project execution and themanufacturing operations those investments support. 

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run fromJuly 12th – December 10th, 2027
• Location: Burlington, MA
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Hybrid, In-office Tues- Thurs    

As a Fall Engineering Project Execution Manager Co-op (PEM), you will have exposure to:

• Capital Portfolio Management and Governance Processes
• Project Management System and Tool Standardization
• CapEx reporting, forecasting, and data analytics
• Document management and process standardization
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Executive reporting and portfolio performance visualization

• Receive mentor support for your professional development
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

• $31/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply ChainManagement, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends
• Demonstratedproficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Air Table, Smartsheet, Planview, Power Automate, or similar tool is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
• Interest in manufacturing operations, engineering project execution, and business process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
