Associate Manager – Coffee Systems Commercialization

The Associate Marketing Manager under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, is responsible for contributing to a variety of projects to drive the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper’s Coffee Systems business by supporting the business operations and specific program tactics with a high attention to execution excellence. Your ultimate goal is to drive success with our shoppers, customers and partners by helping to drive a commercial coffee systems strategy that is coherent across channels and optimized to deliver supply chain efficiencies. You will need a strong process orientation to ensure that your detailed plan is fully communicated and flawlessly executed. This is both a learning and development role to gain familiarity with our product line and business processes, and to work as part of a cross functional team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain exposure to all facets of coffee systems commercialization and will support multiple stakeholders including sales, brand marketing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), supply chain and partner teams.

What you will do:

  • Understand and prioritize different drivers of success by priority customer. Collaborate with category management, RGM and the sales teams to identify and prioritize the relevant activities and tactics required to succeed by channel
  • Support/manage relationships with key strategic accounts and help them to deliver on coffee systems customer strategy
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to support with rating and review influencer programs for new item launches
  • Support content development for internal and external communications, including support for customer meetings, sales meetings, trade decks, internal meetings, and other ad hoc events
  • Support the commercial team with key sales and marketplace analyses
  • Collaborate with and marketing to support with rating and review influencer programs for new item launches
  • Support and attend key events like the Housewares Show, National Sales Meeting, Customer Training and demo events
  • Ensure flawless execution across departments and in all deliverables
  • Lead special projects (i.e. accessory launches, display planning)
  • Gather information and complete new item set-up process for new products and brewer pack-ups
  • Provide some administrative support for the commercialization team to organize meetings, set up and break down meetings, fulfill product shipment requests, create and expedite internal orders, and track samples as needed

Requirements

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to work across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive improvement in business performance.
  • Ability to drive complex processes from beginning to end.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build stakeholder trust in your approach.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
