Job Overview:

The Associate Commercialization Manager (Customer Marketing) under the direction of the Senior Manager, Coffee Commercialization, is responsible for contributing to a variety of projects to drive the growth of Keurig Dr Pepper’s Coffee Systems business by supporting the business operations and specific program tactics with a high attention to execution excellence.

Your goal is to drive success with our shoppers, customers and partners by helping to drive a commercial hot beverage strategy that is coherent across channels and optimized to deliver supply chain efficiencies. Your work will have a wide span of influence and require flexibility in style and approach. There will be collaboration and strategic thinking to execute on commercial priorities and channel strategy. You will also need strong process orientation to ensure that your detailed plan is fully communicated and flawlessly executed.

This is both a learning and development role to gain familiarity with our product line and business processes, and to work as part of a cross functional team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain exposure to all facets of coffee systems commercialization and will support multiple stakeholders including sales, brand marketing, revenue growth management (RGM), supply chain and partner teams.

What you will do:

  • Understand and prioritize different drivers of success by priority customer
  • Collaborate with category management, RGM and the sales teams to identify and prioritize the relevant activities and tactics required to succeed by channel
  • Ensure the voice of the retailer is heard and incorporated into HQ coffee system strategy
  • Support the weekly coffee system communication process to the sales teams in your assigned channels around upcoming activations and developments to the annual plan
  • Lead our obsolescence management and ‘end of life’ processes in partnership with supply chain
  • Support/manage relationships with our Department Specialty and Discount sales teams and help them to deliver on coffee systems customer strategy
  • Lead innovation readiness for the hot beverage business
  • Support content development for internal and external communications, including support for customer meetings, sales meetings, trade decks, internal meetings, and other ad hoc events
  • Support the sales teams by gathering information and completing new item set-up processes
  • Provide some administrative support for the commercialization team to organize meetings, set up and break down meetings, fulfill product shipment requests, create and expedite internal orders, and track samples as needed

Total Rewards:

  • Salary range: $76,400 - $108,000.
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive improvement in business performance
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build stakeholder trust in your approach
  • Strong analytical / critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve. Robust knowledge of Excel and experience with POS reporting tools like Circana or Nielsen a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and remain focused under pressure while managing multiple projects / requests
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
