Shift & Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the right product is delivered to the right customer at the right time. This role supports one or more distribution centers and plays a key part in meeting both internal and external customer expectations. The position focuses on proactive scheduling, order accuracy, shipment visibility, and issue resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate shipments using SAP, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and third-party scheduling systems
Partner closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
Manage assigned customer accounts, including tracking and tracing shipments and resolving delivery issues
Monitor inventory availability and identify potential quantity or carrier constraints
Perform order entry and maintain accurate system records
Communicate professionally via phone and email with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized documentation and reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete other duties as assigned
Total Rewards:

Requirements:
2–3 years of distribution, logistics, or transportation experience preferred; strong customer service experience within a logistics environment will also be considered
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP, EWM preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem-solve in a deadline-driven setting
