Shift & Schedule:Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotation: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Note: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.
The Batcher II Technician is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients to produce finished syrup for aseptic bottling operations. This role requires strict adherence to batch recipes, management of raw materials, and ensuring product quality and inventory accuracy throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow batch recipes using the Batch Management System.
Calculate and mix ingredients according to scheduled cases and tank requirements.
Receive, check, sample, load, and unload bulk tankers and unitized juice concentrate deliveries.
Locate, verify, weigh, and stage ingredients for batching.
Operate material handling equipment and assist with inventory tracking and issue resolution.
Ensure product quality by sanitizing equipment, following recipes accurately, and performing in-process checks.
Record all material usage and batch data in SAP in real-time for traceability and inventory accuracy.
Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and manage product transfers to packaging lines.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in batching, blending, or mixing.
Strong computer skills with accurate data entry.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Solid mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience preferred; must be able to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Frequent kneeling, bending, twisting, squatting, and overhead reaching.
