Utility Worker

The Utility Worker is responsible mainly for general housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse including but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, and general organization of warehouse materials. This position also may use a forklift to move pallets, and will assist in handling product repack. Other duties as assigned.

Location: Racine, WI 53403

Shift and Schedule: This is a full-time (30 hour/week) position working Monday- Friday from 8:00am until finished. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as it maybe required by the business.

The pay for this role begins with a rate of $12.50/hr. Paid weekly. Attractive benefits package available (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.).

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse such as sweeping, mopping and other duties similar to those of a janitor or custodial worker.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
  • Repack of product
  • Organize and stack pallets in proper storage area.
  • Management of pallets; repair, organization, etc.
  • Unload returned product and pallets.


  • Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
  • Ability to work while using a headset, voice-activated, order selector picking system.
  • Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
