What you will do:

 

  • Lead projects in areas of onboarding, campus recruitment, operations and talent acquisition intern program management
  • Provide support and coordinate events for a variety of recruitment programs
  • Assist in compiling campus recruitment best practices research and creating recommendations based upon findings
  • Work to optimize hiring tools and technologies such as the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


Requirements

What you must have:

 

  • Must be an undergraduate junior or senior currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Labor Relations, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related major
  • Human Resources and/or Project Management experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, independently driven and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
