Job Description

The Route Reporting Specialist plays a vital role focused on support of reduction to Keurig Dr Pepper’s exposure to misappropriation of company assets, as it relates to (DSD) Direct Store Delivery routes.  In addition, the Specialist works cross-functionally with Route Accounting, Asset Protection & Security, IT, A/R, Field Finance, and Sales Management to provide actionable sales data and analysis.  

This role is office based in our Plano, TX headquarters.

What you will do:

  • Provide and maintain actionable route metric reporting and analytics to the business
  • Review analytical reporting to identify trends, uncover potential fraud
  • Review and approve DSD delivery route change requests and communicate to Route Accounting team for resolution
  • Document SOX and operational control reviews and provide to Compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Personal computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
  • Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Auditing from an accredited College or University preferred; or Associates degree with 5 years of work experience in Finance, Auditing, or similar role
  • Tableau 2020.2 experience helpful
