The Away From Home Marketing (AFH) Specialist III will play a key role in supporting development, execution and monitoring of marketing programs across the Away From Home (AFH) channel.  This position will be based at the Keurig Dr Pepper Burlington, MA headquarters. 

In this role, you will join the AFH Marketing Communications team, building capabilities and managing marketing projects to drive brand awareness, lead generation and brewer system penetration. 

As an integral member of the AFH Marketing team, you will partner closely to support the Marketing Communications, Customer Marketing & Digital Marketing teams along with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, IT, Customer Marketing, Service, Creative) and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.   

This is both a learning and development role and is ideal for someone who is eager to gain exposure to all facets of the appliance launch process, the broader commercial organization, and product marketing.  

This position will be based at the Keurig Dr Pepper Burlington, MA headquarters, but require some travel to customer meetings, industry shows, or to support other team initiatives.

What you will do: 

  • Collaborate with the AFH Sales & Marketing teams in support of demand generation and lead management. Assist with developing lead gen programs and analyzing performance in support of execution, measurement & optimization. 
  • Provide lead administration, reporting, training and implementation of program enhancements in partnership with AFH marketing & IT
  • Support AFH Marketing with customer segmentation, target marketing, list building and database management
  • Collaborate with AFH Customer & Digital Marketing on web, social & email campaigns designed to drive brand awareness and generate demand. Provide insights for optimization, along with competitive marketing intel.
  • Assist with the development of customized digital & social campaign marketing, tools & asset generation.
  • Oversee the AFH library of logos, icons and photography within the digital asset management system (DAMS). Manage updates and asset distribution to customers & partners
  • Support strategic AFH MarCom engagement campaigns and lead generation activation including direct mail execution, digital marketing and mobile coffeehouse roadshow events
  • Support AFH purchasing process to create purchase requisitions, track and report on purchase order status.  
  • Provide day-to-day support to the AFH Sales & Marketing teams
  • Build effective and productive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Track and manage initiatives against budget and timeline
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing and/or product management preferred. Experience in consumer goods desired, preferably in a Fortune 500 company or in Foodservice, Beverage, or related industries 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate
  • Strong project & people skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills a must
  • Independent, passionate, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong reporting, analysis and measurement skills
  • High adaptability; able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in working with creative agencies & other external partners
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
  • Ability to travel as needed including travel for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners (~30%)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of a reputable ESP, CRM and social media tools ideal
