Job Description



Sr HR Compliance Analyst is a part of the Human Resources Compliance Team and serves as a subject matter expert for employment regulatory compliance, supporting all locations across the Keurig Dr Pepper organization.  This individual will partner with Environmental Health and Safety to ensure compliance across the Department of Transportation (DOT) program and partner with human resources, business team members, internal/external auditors and counsel on compliance initiatives, processes, and audits (field and internal) relating to employment and labor matters. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will own, design and conduct internal audits of human resources functions across field locations.  Own audit findings to drive improvement, where applicable. Leverage subject matter expertise, provide responses, advice and guidance to human resources and the business in response to compliance-related inquiries.  Review and interpret regulatory requirements that apply to human resources processes and communicate accordingly to impacted functions/teams. Results oriented and self-driven; proactively identifying and analyzing potential risk areas for the HR department.  Coordinate with HR Compliance Team to manage a rotating schedule of general email box, adjudicating background screening results, and providing general compliance guidance to field human resources and business partners. Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5 years of experience in HR Compliance or progressive HR Generalist roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Understanding of employment policies, processes and best practices in enterprise-wide HR practices. 
  • Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance is required. 
  • Experience working in a union environment is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively partner across the business at all levels.
  • Ability to review and analyze data to identify trends and make data driven decisions and recommendations. 
  • Demonstrated maturity when dealing with highly confidential information.   

Travel expectations estimated at less than 20%.
