Rotational Operations Supervisor - Victorville, CA
The Production Supervisor leads frontline manufacturing operations within a high-speed beverage production environment. This role is responsible for driving results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing and coaching frontline team members. The supervisor maintains a strong presence on the production floor, proactively identifying operational constraints, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
Shift and Schedule: This position will Work a Rotational Schedule on all operational shifts. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.
Rotational Schedule
- 30 days: 1st shift
- 60 days - 2nd shift
- 90 days - 3rd shift
What you will do:
Safety & Compliance
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture in alignment with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure safe work practices and proactively address potential hazards
Production & Operational Performance
- Achieve production targets including OEE, throughput, and yield
- Identify and eliminate operational losses (UPDT/PDT) to improve line efficiency
- Oversee line startups, changeovers, and shutdowns to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with standard work and established operating procedures
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure all products meet quality, regulatory, and food safety standards
- Partner with Quality to address deviations, non-conformances, and process improvements
- Reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation standards across the production floor
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline production team members
- Support onboarding and training to build team capability and performance
- Provide performance feedback, recognition, and accountability to drive engagement and results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Batching teams to support operational goals
- Ensure effective communication and shift handoffs between teams
- Escalate operational challenges with recommended solutions
Leadership Expectations

- Monitor and understand line performance metrics
- Develop team capability through coaching and training
- Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and leadership

Total Rewards:
- $70,500 - $95,000
Where Applicable: Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory level experience in a manufacturing environment - food and beverage industry, preferred
- High-speed production experience
- Proven team leadership ability
- Strong safety, quality, and production knowledge
- Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems and clear understanding of TQM and use of tools and data for problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word with demonstrated knowledge of productivity tracking
- Experience with SAP or similar system preferred
