Production Planner
St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid)
The Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent, reliable, and cost-effective supply of products to meet customer and business demands. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated production and material plans that align with service, inventory, and operational objectives.
Working within an SAP environment, the Production Planner will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically across the end-to-end supply chain while effectively managing day-to-day operational challenges, supply interruptions, and changing business priorities.
Location: This position is based at our St. Louis, MO plant; Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in office & 2 days at home.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position working Day shift, Monday - Friday. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production and raw material plans.
- Manage inventory levels in line with service and Min/Max targets.
- Monitor and resolve supply chain constraints and risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionallyto support operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements and support team development.
- Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze data and make informed planning decisions.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $62,500 - $90,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded approach to continuous learning and improvement.
