The Intern - Innovation- Hot & Cold Portfolio Partner Brands, will be a key member of the INNOVATION team.  As a member of our team in our high-growth environment, you will be motivated, inspired, and appreciated. The incumbent will work cross functionally with brand, research and development, supply chain and PMO and report to the Manager, Innovation – Hot & Cold Portfolio, Partner Brands

As an Innovation Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, from ideation to execution, while leveraging fact-based insights and industry best practices. You’ll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to bring new product concepts to life and gain hands-on experience in innovation strategy. Developing strong internal relationships will be key to identifying opportunities, navigating challenges, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives.

What you will do:

1. Innovation briefing- Ideate and test product flavours with insights, provide recommendation for new flavours. Construct and design innovation product briefs to execute on 3YSP objectives.
2. Innovation Performance Tracking and Dashboard – Work with the cross functional team to implement an innovation performance and dashboard tracking tool.
3. AI Powered Innovation Ideation – Use AI to narrow down innovation themes for project specific innovation
4. IT Enablement and Support – Work with IT to define support levers for NPI process including documentation and Gate outcomes.
5. NPI improvements – On going support of day-to-day NPI improvements.
6. Customer sales samples – Organize customer samples sample request process and shipping to customers.

What you will need:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Commerce/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and meaningful insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, French & English (Location specific)
• Prior experience or coursework in Brand Management or Product Innovation is a plus.

Assets:

• Passion for Generating new ideas, innovation ideation sessions and concept exploration
• Familiarity with AI tools, interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation and decision making.
