Digital Shelf Specialist

30 Eglinton ave west, Mississauga, ON

Full-time, permanent

3 days on site or as needed 

Key Responsibilities:

DTC Website Management:

  • Oversee and optimize product listings, categorization, pricing, and promotions on the DTC website
  • Collaborate with the IT and development teams to troubleshoot, improve, and maintain platform functionality and ensure that content is accurate and consistent with inventory and sales strategies.

E-tailer & Marketplace Management:

  • Collaborate with third-party e-tailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc) to ensure products are correctly listed and optimized while adhering to marketplace guidelines..
  • Coordinate with e-tailers on promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute product promotions, seasonal offers, and limited-time deals for both the DTC site and e-tailers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align website and e-tailer promotions with broader marketing campaigns.

Content & Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure product pages are visually engaging, with high-quality images, videos, and consistent branding on both the DTC website and external e-tailers.
  • Monitor and update content to reflect current trends, inventory levels, and seasonal offerings.

Product Performance & Data Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product displays and listings.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues related to product listings or site performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising, with a focus on DTC websites and third-party e-tailers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Hybris (or similar eCommerce platforms) for product management and website optimization is a plus
  • Familiarity with product feed management, inventory systems, and external marketplace platforms is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to assist with basic website changes.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for eCommerce websites.
