Mission:

Support Keurig Dr Pepper’s Financial Services and Controllership departments by partnering with IT, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize, modernize, and support enterprise financial systems. This role will translate finance and accounting needs into scalable system, reporting, automation, and data solutions; develop low-code/no-code and analytics-enabled capabilities; strengthen system controls and data integrity; and help advance cloud, ERP, AI-enabled, and workflow automation initiatives that improve close, reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and vendors to assess business needs, translate requirements into system solutions, and deliver enhancements across financial systems and reporting platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation by identifying manual, redundant, or control-sensitive processes and developing scalable workflow, reporting, and application solutions.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code/no-code applications, workflow automations, dashboards, and data models that improve financial close, reporting, reconciliations, planning, and analysis activities.
  • Support ERP modernization, system upgrades, integrations, and cloud-based finance platform initiatives by assisting with requirements, configuration, testing, data validation, change management, and production deployment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot financial system issues, resolve errors, monitor performance, and coordinate root-cause analysis with IT, external vendors, and business process owners.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, data flows, controls, and reconciliation processes across ERP, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms to promote accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Evaluate opportunities to use AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, and analytics capabilities responsibly to accelerate solution delivery, improve forecasting and insights, and reduce repetitive finance work.
  • Create and maintain documentation for requirements, process flows, system configurations, testing evidence, controls, user procedures, and production support activities.
  • Provide user training, adoption support, and stakeholder communications that help finance teams effectively use financial systems, dashboards, and automation tools.

Requisitos:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, business systems analysis, application support, automation, or IT-enabled process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or financial applications such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or comparable enterprise finance platforms; SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, QuickBase, Blue Prism, or comparable workflow and application development tools.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, cloud data platforms, or data repositories such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes such as month-end close, general ledger, consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, intercompany, fixed assets, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, validation, change management, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose system issues, interpret data, evaluate controls, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Awareness of data governance, system security, privacy, financial controls, audit readiness, and responsible AI or automation practices in a finance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across functions, and adapt to evolving technology and business requirements.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish or additional language proficiency is a plus for regional or global support responsibilities.
